This is the part of the website where most studios become unreadable. We are going to try not to. Below is what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@kree8studios.com and we will rewrite the relevant paragraph until it is.
01Who we are
Kree8studios is a Lagos-based brand studio. The studio is operated by Kelechi Nwachukwu. Our website lives at kree8studios.com. We can be reached at hello@kree8studios.com.
02What we collect
We collect only what we need to do the thing you came to the site for. That breaks down into three categories.
- If you fill in the brief form on /start: your name, email, company name, role, the description of your project, your timeline, and your budget range. We collect this so we can reply to you with a proposal.
- If you subscribe to the newsletter on /journal: your email address only. We send essays once a month, Lagos time.
- If you apply to the network on /providers: your name, email, discipline, portfolio link, location, and the description of your favourite piece of work. We collect this to evaluate your application.
We also collect anonymous, aggregate analytics — which pages were visited, how long the session was, where the visitor came from. This data does not identify individuals. We use Plausible Analytics, which is GDPR-compliant by design and does not set cookies.
03What we do with it
The brief form data goes to (a) the studio email inbox, (b) a Notion database used for project intake, and (c) a four-hour SLA timer that alerts us if a reply has not been sent. Nothing else.
Newsletter emails are stored with our email provider (Resend, or your name here depending on the provider in use at the time of reading this). They are not shared, sold, or used for retargeting. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email we send.
Provider applications are stored in a Notion database accessible only to the studio. We read every submission. Applications are kept for two years and then deleted unless you have been onboarded to the network in that time.
04What we do not do
- We do not sell your data. To anyone. Under any conditions.
- We do not share your data with third-party advertisers.
- We do not use cookies for tracking. The only client-side storage we use is sessionStorage to save your in-progress brief form so you do not lose it on a reload.
- We do not run retargeting pixels, Facebook tracking, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or anything similar.
05Your rights
If you are in Nigeria, you have rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR. Either way, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your data entirely
- Export your data in a portable format

06Third parties
This site uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy worth reading if this matters to you:
- Vercel — hosting and analytics
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-respecting traffic analytics, no cookies, no identifiable data
- Resend — transactional email and the newsletter
- Notion — internal project database
- Mux — video hosting and adaptive streaming
- Sanity — content management
07Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update the “effective” date at the top and email anyone on the newsletter with a one-paragraph summary of what changed. We will not change it to give ourselves new rights to your data without telling you.
